Welcome to the cancellation policy for Defern Beauty Rooms.
We are happy to move or cancel appointments but require 48 hours’ notice please. Failure to attend without notice, or any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, will be charged in full.
Our objective is that all clients receive the best possible experience. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do our best to complete your treatment. Please be aware that late arrival may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment. A cancelled appointment will result in the fee terms detailed above.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge providing the request is made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment.
In the case of extenuating circumstances, a client may appeal cancellation charges by submitting a request by email to info@defern.com. A decision on the outcome of a client’s appeal may take up to 10 working days.
Defern is a small independently owned business, we only keep an amount sufficient to cover our actual losses that directly result from your cancellation. We will always try to recoup losses by rebooking, however accepting notice less than 48 hours means we cannot do this.
